Career Opportunities

Line Cook: Maintains a clean kitchen. Preparing food on the line, as needed, by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces. Cooking items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes. Assists other BOH team members as needed.

Busser/Support: Maintains a clean restaurant environment by adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities can include clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and overall building. Helps restock the restaurant and clears trash from the building. Assisting other team members as needed.
Dishwasher: Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps food as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by management.
Busser/Support: Maintains a clean restaurant environment by adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities can include clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and overall building. Helps restock the restaurant and clears trash from the building. Assisting other team members as needed.
Server: Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. They play an important role in guest satisfaction by checking on guests to ensure they are enjoying their dining experience and take action to correct any problems. Assists other team members when needed.
Bartender: Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications. Helping guests choose menu items and guiding them through drink options. Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of throughout their dining experience. Assists other team members when needed.
